MACCHIATO

Aperol Spritz
You need: A large wine glass
Give the ice into a wine glass, add 9 cl Macchiato Prosecco Spumante Brut and 6 cl Aperol and top up with 3 cl soda water. Garnish with the orange slice.
PS: In Italy you also often see the Campari Spritz, which is just as tasty but refreshingly slightly bitter. Simply replace the Aperol with Campari.

Hugo
You need: A large wine glass
Give the ice into a wine glass, add 3 cl elderflower syrup, 15 cl Macchiato Prosecco Spumante Brut and top up with 10 cl soda water. Add the juice of a quarter of a lime and garnish with the mint leaves.

Bellini
You need: A champagne or small wine glass
Puree the peeled vineyard peach together with the sugar syrup and lemon juice in the blender and add it to the pre-chilled glass. Then add the Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry while stirring gently. Garnish with a piece of peach or a strawberry.
Tip: If the peach pieces are frozen before pureeing, it becomes a particularly refreshing Frozen Bellini.

Negroni Sbagliato
You need: A tumbler, fine-mesh sieve, zester or peeler
Add Campari, vermouth and 4-5 ice cubes to a large glass. Mix with a bar spoon (or other long spoon) for about 10-15 seconds.Fill the tumbler with 3-4 ice cubes. Pour the Campari and vermouth mixture through a fine sieve over the ice cubes. Pour in Macchiato Prosecco Spumante Brut. Wash the orange, dry it and peel off a strip of orange peel. Twist in the opposite direction over the drink. Garnish with the zest.
